N5A Flat White Custom Fire Helmet

This N5A fire helmet underwent a complete transformation, evolving from its original black factory finish into a striking flat white custom build designed for both performance and classic appeal.

The helmet features a fresh flat white repaint, giving it a clean, timeless look while maintaining durability for active service. The interior liner was professionally cleaned to restore comfort and hygiene. Retro orange tets from CCI were installed, adding a bold vintage character that stands out on the fireground.

A finely detailed brass carved eagle enhances the helmet’s traditional aesthetic, while the original factory bend was carefully flattened slightly to achieve a more balanced and refined profile. To complete the upgrade, a brand-new OEM Nomex chin strap was installed, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with service standards.
