Phenix TL-2 OLL Yellow Repaint Fire Helmet

This Phenix TL-2 fire helmet is the final result of a full professional repaint and restoration. The helmet originally arrived with a DIY enamel repaint layered over the factory finish. We carefully stripped away the enamel and the original Phenix paint to create a clean foundation for a proper refinish.

The helmet was repainted in OLL yellow and sealed with a flat clear coat, delivering a durable, authentic, and service-ready appearance. To complete the look, CCI retro lime tets were installed, adding high visibility with a classic fire service style. The helmet was then fully reassembled using its original components to maintain proper fit and functionality.

New studs were added, and the shield was correctly fitted to ensure secure mounting and proper alignment. With every detail addressed, this TL-2 is now ready to return to active duty and is headed back to the dedicated crew at Bayville Fire Company.
